“病歷檢查電子分析系統”在醫院醫務部病歷質量管理中的應用

摘 要 目的 介紹運用ISO9001：2000質量管理體系中PDCA管理原理建立的“病歷檢查電子分析系統”在醫院醫務部病歷質量管理中的應用。方法 采用分階段抽樣方法，對該系統使用前與使用后抽樣病歷檢查結果進行分析和評價。 結果 該系統使用前與使用后，抽樣病歷書寫平均分數提高了3分，甲級病案率提高了4%。 結論 通過該系統能夠對病歷質量進行更全面的分析和評價，有利于正確地采取糾正或預防措施，以達到持續改進病歷書寫質量的目的。

Abstract Objective: Introduce the application of ISO9001 ( “the electrical medical records analyzing system ” based on 2000 Quality management system PDCA management theory) by the Medical Affairs Department of hospital in examining the medical records quality .Methods: Compares and assesses the quality of medical records before and after the application of the system by sampling in several periods of time .Results : The average score of the medical records writing raise 3 points after the application of the system , A brand medical records raises 4 percent.Conclusion: The system can evaluate and assess the quality of medical records more comprehensively , to have advantages in amendment and prevention in reaching the goal of raise the quality of medical records writing .
